Property owners, investors, and managers had no single unified place to stay in control of a portfolio.

How do you design one coherent system for three roles with very different needs and no shared source of truth?

Investors had no way to track appreciation, cash flow, valuation, or maturity across properties they'd bought into.

Realtors had no structured way to sell properties or offer instalment payment options to investors without manual coordination.

Property managers were tracking remittance and collections manually, with no automatic way for that data to reach the owner it belonged to.
