The Problem
The challenge wasn't just simplifying the interface. It was making multiple independent logistics companies feel like one cohesive product.
Fragmented Discovery
Users had to contact multiple logistics companies individually just to get pricing, with no central place to compare options side by side.
Platform Switching
Completing a single booking meant jumping between different logistics platforms, each with its own flow, format, and experience.
Inconsistent Delivery Experiences
Every provider operated differently, making it impossible for businesses to deliver a reliable, predictable experience to their customers.

I owned Product Design and Brand Design across the full platform:
- Delivery request and booking flows
- Multi-provider comparison experience
- Shipment tracking and management workflows
- Pricing presentation and selection patterns
- Logo design and brand typography
My goal: make discovery, comparison, and fulfillment feel like a single seamless action and not three separate tasks across three separate platforms.
The Process
The hardest problem on this project wasn't the interface, it was pricing.
Every logistics company calculated delivery costs differently. Creating a comparison experience users could trust meant standardizing something that wasn't standardized behind the scenes.
To solve it, I studied how platforms like Airbnb aggregate options from multiple providers into a single, trustworthy comparison view. I looked at how food delivery and e-commerce platforms present multi-vendor options without exposing operational complexity. I ran multiple alignment sessions with stakeholders to balance user expectations, partner requirements, and business goals.
The outcome was a pricing and selection model that made delivery options easy to compare,— without making users feel the complexity underneath.
The design was built around a clear three-step flow:
Discover - Users enter delivery details once.
Compare -The platform retrieves rates from multiple logistics partners and presents them in a standardized format.
Deliver - GoSendeet orchestrates fulfillment through the chosen provider's API, managing the delivery workflow end-to-end.

My Output
- End-to-end product design across booking, comparison, tracking, and management workflows
- Full brand identity including logo, typography, and visual language
- A unified pricing and selection model built for multi-provider complexity
- A three-step delivery flow that abstracts operational complexity from the use

Impact
GoSendeet transformed a fragmented, manual process into an experience as intuitive as booking accommodation or ordering food online. The multi-provider comparison model, the most complex design challenge on the project was validated through close stakeholder collaboration and approved for development without major redesigns.

Marketplace design is deceptively hard. The interface looks simple but the decisions behind it aren't. Understanding the business model, the pricing logic, and the partner constraints is what makes the difference between a comparison experience users trust and one they abandon.
